Template Keeper is an on-demand droid that owns, curates, and serves the ecosystem's checklist templates — the analysts' methods library. It exists to make Sage the accountable owner of those templates rather than merely their custodian. Its job is to be the single source that any executor reads via the shared templates accessor, and it accepts and reviews template change-suggestions.

The exact name "Template Keeper" is unique, but the droid belongs to the intelligence family, a standard reusable droid family of 25 droids run by several agents including Albus, Archon, Athena, Carol, Elrond, Galadriel, Hagrid, Loki, Merlin, Midas, Sage, Noah, Thorin, and Leo. It is pure software: a source trace verified that it makes no Claude calls, so it does not depend on a language model to run.
