Scriber Chat is the agent chat lane that lets operators talk to Scriber: each message an operator sends in the Org app chat triggers this droid to take one LLM turn as Scriber and produce the reply. It exists so Scriber can run operator conversations in chat, following the same pattern as Leo Chat App (origin CAROL-INI-3008).
The droid is triggered per message rather than running on a schedule, and its whole job is one chat turn per operator message. Its execution engine isn't recorded yet, so it isn't yet known whether it's pure software or calls Claude under the hood.
The name "Scriber Chat" is unique to this droid, but it is not a one-off: it belongs to the (none) droid family, which has 222 members run by agents across the Carolverse, so other agents run equivalent chat-lane droids. It is owned by Scriber.
