About
Scriber Story Media is a triggered sweep droid owned by Scriber. Its job is to keep Albus's inbox tidy: it finds open `handshake_requests` addressed to Albus that are older than five minutes — essentially stale or dead-letter handshakes — and archives them. It was rehomed from the retired `al_watch_01` droid under CAROL-INI-145 to perform this cleanup.
On each run, it scans only `handshake_requests` data, archives stale entries addressed to Albus, and writes a run-audit record. Its constraints deliberately limit it to reading and updating `handshake_requests` only; it never invokes troubleshooting. Because these handshakes are part of how agents interact, its work relates to Agent Interaction Protocols.
The droid has a unique name — no other droid is called Scriber Story Media — and it is not part of a reusable named family. The registry labels its family as "(none)", a bucket shared by 222 unclassified droids across many owners. It is pure software: its source makes no calls to Claude, so no model is involved.
