Rhea Chat is the droid that runs Rhea's operator chat lane in the Org app. Its job is simple: whenever an operator sends a message to Rhea in the app chat, Rhea Chat produces one LLM turn as a reply. It exists so Rhea can have a live chat presence with operators, following the same Leo Chat App pattern that other agents use for their own chat lanes.
Mechanically it is a triggered droid with no fixed schedule — it fires per operator message, not on a timer. It is owned by Rhea, and it is not a one-off: it belongs to an unnamed droid family (family id "(none)") that 222 droids across dozens of agents use, with each agent getting its own chat-lane droid. The exact name "Rhea Chat" is unique to Rhea, but the underlying droid is a standard reusable family.
