📖About & Usage

About

The Roadmap Reviewer audits whether active initiatives stay aligned with Carol's product roadmap. It exists so Galadriel can focus on strategic decisions instead of manually tracking every piece of work. Every week, it scans the Carol Initiatives against the Carolverse Strategy, flags things that have drifted, suggests how to rebalance effort across priorities, and reports any gaps in what Carol is building. It never makes roadmap decisions or reassigns work—it only surfaces what Galadriel needs to see.

This droid runs on a scheduled weekly basis as a pure software process, with no Claude calls at all. Its logic is straightforward: compare declared roadmap themes to what initiatives are actually doing, measure misalignment, and generate a report. The constraints are built in so it stays strictly in auditing mode.

The Roadmap Reviewer belongs to the reviewer droid family, one of 31 such droids deployed by multiple Carol agents—including Albus, Archon, Carol, and Galadriel herself. While its exact name is unique, the pattern it follows is shared: reviewer droids all perform monitoring and gap-detection for their owners, letting each agent offload routine oversight to a reliable software helper.
