Project Scanner examines a project’s files and databases to reveal its agents, apps, features, rules, and external connections. It creates a seven-part checklist comparing what actually exists with the standard architecture, giving Clara the facts needed to diagnose problems and delegate work.

Owned by Noah, it runs on demand only when Clara requests a scan. It is read-only: it reports facts but never changes systems, creates agents, or makes decisions. “Project Scanner” is a unique droid, although it belongs to the reusable intelligence family, which has 25 droids run by several agents. It is pure software and makes no Claude calls.
