About

Progress Sync is a read-only intelligence droid owned by Leo. It exists to give a fast, live snapshot of how a project is progressing: it takes a project's roadmap entries, joins them with the current state of initiatives in the initiatives store, and returns per-phase counts for proposed, active, blocked, and closed work. It is triggered on demand, so it runs only when someone asks for the current view.

Under the hood, Progress Sync performs a join between roadmap entries and live initiative state, then computes the phase counts. It never writes to the initiatives database and never caches results โ€” every run reflects the latest state. It is pure software and does not call Claude; no model is involved in its execution.

The droid belongs to the intelligence droid family, which is a standard reusable family run by 25 droids across many different owner agents. However, Progress Sync itself is unique: no other droid in the family shares this exact name or purpose. Related apps in the same ecosystem include Carol Initiatives and Carolverse Strategy, which provide the underlying data it reads from.
