Progress Sync is a droid that shows a project’s live progress by connecting its roadmap entries with their current initiative state. It belongs to Leo and is part of Project Onboarding.

📖Usage

Progress Sync runs on demand when a user asks how a project is doing. It reads the roadmap and initiatives ledger to report counts of proposed, active, blocked and closed entries for each phase. It computes these counts from live state without caching them or changing the ledger.

Read a project roadmap entries, join with live state in the initiatives ledger, return per-phase counts (proposed, active, blocked, closed).

📖Duties

Read-only; computes counts from live state; never caches.

📖Constraints

Never writes to the initiatives ledger; only reads.
