User Web Researcher (PA-C4) helps Carol build richer customer profiles without waiting for people to volunteer information. It takes educated guesses other droids have made about customers—like their profession or language—and turns those into focused web searches, finding public profiles and professional information that can be confidently linked to a specific person.
Every week, the droid runs on a schedule to query the web using those hints, then calls Claude to judge whether each result matches the customer with at least 90% confidence. Only findings that clear that high bar—or are supported by multiple sources—get stored, along with source details, quotes, and timestamps. It also keeps track of what it still doesn’t know (missing names, locations, handles) so other droids can help fill the gaps later.
