Order Status Notifier is a droid that keeps customers informed about changes to their order status through WhatsApp notifications. Its purpose is to support customer communication throughout the purchasing journey.

Customers encounter it through WhatsApp messages when their order status changes. It supports automatic order updates without requiring each message to be sent manually. It does not create, modify or cancel orders, or handle custom messages.

The droid watches for order status changes and immediately sends WhatsApp notifications to the right customers. This lets Carol scale customer communication without being bottlenecked—every status update reaches customers on the channel they already use.
📖Duties
- Checks for order status change events every 30 seconds
- Sends a WhatsApp message to each customer whose order status changed
- Keeps the notification flow going automatically around the clock
📖Constraints
Does not create, modify, or cancel orders. Does not send notifications through other channels. Only acts on status changes triggered elsewhere—does not decide when to notify customers. Cannot handle manual or custom messages.
