Migration Refactor is a worker droid owned by Noah. It is the refactor stage of the Gimli v1 migration pipeline: after an audit finds blockers, this droid proposes revised requirements and a diff for each blocker, helping push the migration forward without touching source code itself.

It works by reading audit findings marked with severity "blocker" and writing refactor_diffs rows that record the original text, the proposed revision, and the rationale. It never edits source code and is triggered after an audit, so it acts as an automatic follow-up step in the Migration process.

This droid has a unique name, but it belongs to a standard worker family that other agents also run — about 30 worker droids are in use across agents such as Albus, Carol, Clara, and Elrond. Migration Refactor is pure software: its execution engine has been verified by source trace, and it makes no Claude calls.
