Droid responsibility

Ask every day whether each service track is sufficiently funded, and switch off the tracks running on a subscription that has run dry.

What the droid actually does

Survey every track that pays for it, reading balances through the Subscriptions app rather than any private copy. Email Ninad and Orion naming the tracks that stopped and why. Report a subscription whose balance cannot be read as unmeasurable.

Boundaries

Never treats an unreadable balance as funded, and never switches anything off because of one — a check that could not run is not a pass, but it is not grounds for a droid to stop the estate either. Never switches a track back ON: topping a subscription up must not restart spending without a person deciding to. Never switches a track that is already off, so nothing is re-thrown and no email repeats for a state that has not changed.
