📖About & Usage

About

Merlin’s UAT Acceptor is a bespoke droid that automatically signs off on User Acceptance Testing for a specific class of initiatives routed to Merlin. It exists to remove a manual bottleneck: whenever Albus requests a step‑execution initiative that flows to Merlin under CAROL‑INI‑2815, this droid steps in and provides a fast, auditable acceptance verdict.

It works by listening for an automated UAT sweep. As soon as a sweep detects a Merlin‑routed initiative that is ready for acceptance, the droid verifies every must‑have criterion with supplied proof, checks that required reviews have passed, and then signs the UAT verdict as Merlin. If any gap is found, the droid holds the acceptance and records the missing items — it never rejects, only passes or holds. The entire sequence, including the narration of the acceptance, runs in‑process alongside the sweep logic.

This droid is not part of any reusable family; it is a one‑off, single‑purpose worker built exactly for Merlin’s UAT pipeline. While many other agents run their own custom, single‑use droids that carry the “(none)” family label, each one is unique — Merlin’s UAT Acceptor exists only in this exact name. Its execution engine is not recorded, so we don’t yet know whether it is pure software or calls Claude for any reasoning step.
