📖About & Usage

About

Orchestrator Launcher is the droid that keeps Merlin’s automated workers ticking. Its job is to dispatch the right per-agent droids at the right time and emit session_events as it runs — feeding a live trail of activity back into the Carolverse. Without it, the agent’s scheduled and event-triggered tasks would have no starting gun.

It is owned and run exclusively by Merlin. The launcher itself isn’t part of any shared droid family — it’s a one-off tool built for this agent’s specific orchestration needs. Every other agent who needs similar task dispatching has their own unique droid under the same “(none)” classification — 213 of them in total across all agents — but none of them are interchangeable or templated.

Because its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, it’s unclear whether Orchestrator Launcher is pure software or calls Claude. What is clear is that it plays a quiet but essential role: turning intentions into action inside Merlin’s corner of the Carolverse.
