📖About & Usage

About

Undeclared Spend Watch is a droid that makes invisible spending visible. It scans the day’s paid API calls and flags any that can’t be tied to an initiative or a work ticket, so nothing slips through unaccounted for. It exists because money moving without a clear purpose is a leak — this droid gives Midas a same‑day heads‑up.

Every evening at 21:40, the droid reads the cost ledger (the same data that feeds Token Cost Tracker) and sums up all paid calls that lack both an initiative and a work ticket, breaking the total down by agent. It never throttles or blocks anything; it just reports. The droid is pure software, with no calls to Claude or any language model.

This droid is a true one‑off. It belongs only to Midas, and there are no other copies of it anywhere in Carol. Its family is listed as “(none)” because it wasn’t built from a reusable template. That said, it isn’t alone in being family‑less — across the Carolverse, 213 droids have no family, each doing its own bespoke job for the agent that owns it.
