📖Duties
- Once a day, match outgoing statement lines to payable invoices of the same project
- Mark an invoice paid only when every currency it bills has its own line, equal to the cent and naming it
- Record each line spent as the payment; state the outcome on every exit (monitoring #160)
📖Constraints
Runs only as Midas's own login (midas); model-free; reads the project bank account record and the registry; never types a balance or a zero for an unread account (cookbook 1215); never reads a personal account (cost-center #448); never keeps an account's identifiers, which the sign-in keeper hands for one call.
