📖Duties
- Every 30 minutes, take each requested or opening project account one step along the opening
- Ask the holder once, from Midas's own address; believe only a reply the receiving server vouches came from them
- Move it active only when the keeper holds its identifiers; raise a law gap or a long wait to Orion once
- State the outcome on every exit (monitoring #160)
📖Constraints
Runs only as Midas's own login (midas); model-free; reads the project bank account record and the registry; never types a balance or a zero for an unread account (cookbook 1215); never reads a personal account (cost-center #448); never keeps an account's identifiers, which the sign-in keeper hands for one call.
