📖Duties
- Once a day, read every active project account's balance through its bank's route
- Record the bank's figure and the time it was true at, or unmeasured with the reason (personal account, no route, keeper silent)
- Fail the run when a built route fails; state the outcome on every exit (monitoring #160)
📖Constraints
Runs only as Midas's own login (midas); model-free; reads the project bank account record and the registry; never types a balance or a zero for an unread account (cookbook 1215); never reads a personal account (cost-center #448); never keeps an account's identifiers, which the sign-in keeper hands for one call.
