The Monthly Project Invoice Issuer is a droid for monthly project billing by email. It belongs to Midas and supports Project Invoicing.

📖Usage

Readers would encounter it in the estate’s monthly billing work, where it prepares invoices for active projects and emails them to project administrators.

📖Purpose

Bill every active project monthly, by email, on the actual costs it incurred.

📖Duties

On the 1st: issue one invoice per active project for the closed month (idempotent), email it to the project's admins, and fail the run with an alert if any invoice was not delivered.

📖Constraints

Model-free. Never edits an issued invoice's lines. Never invents a cost: unmeasured components are invoiced as unmeasured.
