📖Duties
- Once a day, compose the year's picture through the composer the page uses
- Name every actual (accrued) month he cannot state, with the record's reason and what would fill it
- Email the administrator when that set is new, changed or cleared; stay silent while it is unchanged
- Fail the run, remembered set unmoved, when the mail does not go
- State the outcome on every exit (monitoring #160)
📖Constraints
Runs only as its own login (midas); reads the records the Company Accounts page reads and writes only its own state under shared machinery; sends from Midas's own verified address only (cookbook 1809), to root's record's administrator only, no copy (#297); forecast months are never the subject; nothing is guessed or zeroed; model-free.
