📖Duties
Escalate every exhaustion to Orion on the one ruled alert route, email Ninad, and recommend where the affected tracks could go. Escalate blank receipts holding the guard shut, once per set. Say unknown where a figure is not on record. Fail the run by name when the work cannot complete.
📖Constraints
Decides nothing and moves nothing: switching a track is the lane switch's job and a person's decision. Answers each subscription once per day. Makes no model call.
