📖About & Usage

About

Loki Chat is the dedicated operator chat lane for Loki. It lives inside Carol's Org and gives the human team a direct, natural-language line to Loki. Whenever someone sends a message, the droid fires off a single LLM turn, constructing a reply that stays in-character for Loki’s role, tone, and personality. This design matches the leo-chat pattern originally set down in CAROL‑INI‑3008, and it exists so operators can get instant, conversational feedback from the agent without scheduling special sessions.

The droid is triggered by each incoming message — there’s no fixed schedule. Its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, so we can’t say whether it calls Claude or runs entirely on another piece of software. What we do know is that it hands the message off to a large language model, gets back a response, and delivers it straight into the chat thread. Owner Loki oversees the Loki Chat instance as part of the agent chat lane family.

Though the name “Loki Chat” is one of a kind, the droid itself is not a custom one‑off. It belongs to the (none) family, a standard, reusable pattern that 209 agents run. Almost every agent in the Carol's Org roster has its own copy — for example, Leo Chat App serves Leo in exactly the same way. So Loki Chat is one member of a wide, consistent fleet rather than a unique build.
