The Carolopedia Change Detector is a droid that keeps the Carolopedia wiki fresh by sniffing out which pages are out of date. It is owned by Loki, and its sole job is to compare the wiki’s declared sources—like registry rows, blueprint files, or architecture documents—against the last known copies. When it spots a mismatch (a fact changed, a page is stale, or the architecture has drifted) it sends the page off to be refreshed.
It works entirely without an LLM: the droid fingerprints everything declaratively, diffs the fingerprints against stored cursors, and classifies the type of change. It never touches the wiki itself; it only feeds a refresh queue that another process later acts on. Think of it as a silent watchdog that runs every hour at :20, checking the wiring behind the scenes and leaving the writing to others.
This is a one-off droid—not part of a family that multiple agents run. It is pure software, and while its exact execution engine isn’t recorded yet, its constraints are clear: no Claude, no content generation, just careful change detection for Carolopedia on behalf of Loki.
