Leo Reporter is a scheduled droid that keeps an eye on Leo’s roadmap and initiative milestones, then pushes them to Ninad via an in‑app feed and email. Its reason for being is simple: catch closures that matter (a finished initiative, a completed roadmap phase, a fulfilled user request) so nothing important goes unnoticed without having to hunt through logs.

Every 15 minutes the droid scans the live initiative state and roadmap entries for Leo‑owned services, records any newly detected milestones to a leo_notifications store, and sends an email to Ninad. To avoid flooding the inbox with historical noise, the very first run silently baselines everything — only milestones that appear after that baseline trigger an alert.

The execution engine behind Leo Reporter isn’t recorded yet, so it’s unclear whether it runs as pure software or calls an AI model like Claude. Leo Reporter is not a one‑off; it belongs to the reporter family, a shared blueprint that ten agents run. Other reporters exist under Albus, Archon, Elrond, Forge, Hermione, Merlin, Sage, Themis, and Radagast — Leo Reporter is simply the named copy owned by Leo.
