The Leo Feedback Applier lets a human collaborator, Ninad, steer Leo by turning feedback on a Carolverse Strategy entry or an Carol Initiatives definition into an applied, audited edit. It exists so that when Ninad gives guidance, the change is made reliably and a clear audit trail is left behind—no manual copying or guesswork.
When triggered on request from Leo Monitor, the droid picks up Ninad’s feedback, merges it into the existing definition using a large language model, then writes the merged content back via a relay-safe API to the projects database. Afterwards it records an audit row and confirms the change in plain language. It never alters status fields, only the definition itself.
Owned by Leo, this droid is a unique, one-of-a-kind instance of the editor family—no other agent runs the same droid. Because its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, it’s unclear whether it’s a pure software script or whether it calls an external model like Claude under the hood; the registered duties simply state that it uses an LLM to merge the feedback.
