Watch every project's roadmap items; on a state change write the update into each recorded contact's conversation with Leo; receipt every delivery; report by name any milestone that reached nobody.
📖Constraints
Baselines silently on first sight. Invents nothing when the initiative states are unreadable. Chat only - the milestone EMAILS are Leo's reporter's, so a user is never told the same thing twice.
