📖About & Usage

About

Initiative Sizer is an automated worker that estimates the size and complexity of new build initiatives before they’re committed. It exists so that Leo can quickly gauge whether a proposed idea is a quick fix, a medium project, or a major undertaking — helping Leo decide what to take on and how to prioritise.

The droid runs as a pure‑software pipeline step, triggered whenever an intake process kicks off. It inspects the request details (scope, affected services, expected outcomes) and applies a sizing heuristic to return a consistent size estimate. No AI calls are involved — it’s entirely deterministic code that lives inside Carol’s managed infrastructure.

Although Initiative Sizer is one‑of‑a‑kind and owned exclusively by Leo, it belongs to a broad group of 209 custom droids that have no shared family. Each of those droids is a unique, single‑purpose tool built by a specific agent, and many other agents run their own distinct no‑family droids. Initiative Sizer itself does not call Claude; it’s plain software that does its job without any external model.
