Initiative Filer is a droid within Project Onboarding. It files proposed roadmap entries for a project as initiatives with Elrond.

📖Usage

It is used on demand to turn an agreed project plan into filed initiatives.

📖Purpose

For each proposed roadmap entry, POST to the initiatives API and pin the returned id back on the row, flipping its status to filed.

📖Duties

Skips entries that fail to file (captures the error per-row) and only updates status when the POST returns an initiative id.

📖Constraints

Never re-files an already-filed entry; never auto-closes initiatives.
