Identity Sync is used on demand by the Carol chat app when linking identities and mirroring messages between linked channels. It supports the estate’s Memory & Identity work.

📖Purpose

User identity linking for Carol chat: resolves a web sender to their WhatsApp identity (resolve_linked_sender), nudges unlinked users, and mirrors messages across the linked identities. On-demand library droid imported by the Carol chat app; zero scheduled runs is healthy.
