The Infra Improvement Collector is a scheduled droid that samples infrastructure improvement measures—specifically Azure Policy compliance and Azure grounding data—and feeds them into the quality scores in Quality Scorecard. It exists so Hagrid can continuously monitor the health of the Carolverse's cloud infrastructure without manual checks.

Every morning at 08:30, the droid gathers the latest metrics from the infrastructure eco-system (likely touching the Infrastructure service and Infra Audit Report data) and pipes the numbers into the quality framework. Its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, so we can't say whether it runs as pure software or calls a model like Claude. The droid’s owner is Hagrid, Hagrid.

This is a unique, one-off droid—not part of a standard droid-family that other agents reuse. Although many agents have their own bespoke droids with no family designation (212 in total across Carolverse), the Infra Improvement Collector is the only one with this exact name and purpose, crafted specifically for Hagrid’s infrastructure quality tracking.
