📖About & Usage

About

The Infra Improvement Filer is a scheduled droid that keeps infrastructure self-improvement on track. Every day at 08:45, it checks whether the number of open improvement initiatives has fallen below a target and that no other initiative is currently open—then it files the next one. Its purpose is to maintain a steady, one-at-a-time flow of infrastructure upgrades without letting gaps stall progress.

It is owned by Hagrid and works directly within the Infrastructure service, likely selecting the next improvement from a backlog or roadmap. Once filed, the new initiative is registered as an active task, probably through the Carol Initiatives service, so other processes and agents can pick it up. The droid acts as a regular pulse, ensuring that the infrastructure team always has exactly one improvement in flight when capacity exists.

Although there are many droids with no family (212 across all agents), each of those is custom-built, and this one’s name is unique—it is not a shared template. Its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, so it’s unclear whether it’s a pure software script or calls a model like Claude; without source code, the engine remains unknown.
