Infra RSI Scoreboard Collector is a scheduled droid owned by Hagrid that exists to make the Infrastructure service recursively self-improving, starting with CPU usage. Every day at 02:35 it computes the CPU metric and writes a dated snapshot to the infra RSI scoreboard (RSI Dashboard), so the dashboard and the improvement engine always read identical values.
Its operation is deliberately read-only: it never edits initiatives directly. Instead, the computed metric is filed through the Author and dispatched via the Pipeline, which keeps downstream consumers in sync while respecting that constraint.
Despite its unique name, this droid is not a one-off. It is pure software: the detected engine found no Claude calls in its source, so it runs entirely as code with no model involvement.
