Every 10 minutes: judge free space and projected days-to-full for the root disk and the data disk; escalate to Orion when a threshold is crossed, at most once per filesystem per severity per day, marking the day only after Agentbook acknowledged; keep one daily reading per filesystem so every disk has a trend of its own.
📖Constraints
Model-free (no model call). Never deletes anything - it judges and escalates; cleanup is the Daily Janitor's. A filesystem that cannot be measured is UNAUDITED (high), never healthy. An owed escalation that was not delivered FAILS the run. Never backfills a trend. Off means off.
