About
Hermione's UAT Acceptor automatically signs off on user-acceptance testing for process remediations requested by Hermione. It exists so that when a build initiative’s fix has passed review and the remediated process has actually run once, Hermione’s acceptance can be re-triggered instantly without manual approval, keeping initiative pipelines moving.
The acceptor is invoked in-process by a sweeping droid (el-uat-01) whenever a UAT sweep finds a Hermione-routed Carol Initiatives that’s ready. It then checks three things: proof of the fix exists, the review has passed, and the remediated process completed a full run after that review. If all criteria are met, it signs as Hermione and narrates the outcome. If anything is missing, it holds the acceptance and records exactly what gap prevented it, so a human or agent can resolve it.
This droid is not a one-off—it belongs to the (none) family of droids, with 209 copies running across nearly every agent in the ecosystem. Because it’s a family member, other agents run identical (none)-type droids for their own routines. Its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, so it’s not known whether the acceptor runs as pure software or calls a model like Claude under the hood.
