About
Hermione UAT is a small scheduled droid that keeps initiative follow-up work honest. When an initiative filed by Hermione passes review but a follow-up process fails, this droid re-triggers the failed process every five minutes. If the retry succeeds, the initiative is closed out; if it keeps failing, the initiative is marked blocked. In short, it is the acceptance test for autonomous fixes: a repair isn't considered real until this droid watches it survive a re-run.
It runs on a fixed schedule (every 5 minutes), retries the UAT target for Hermione's initiatives, and acts as a gate that blocks closure until success. It is registered alongside other recurring automation in Droid Families and Scheduled Processes, and the work it guards lives in Carol Initiatives with quality oversight from Quality Management.
Its exact name is unique โ no other droid is called "Hermione UAT" โ but it is one of 222 droids grouped under a family recorded as (none), a catch-all category that many Carol agents also run. It is pure software: verified by source trace, it makes no Claude calls, so no model powers it.

Dated notes from recent initiatives โ the main entry above is not rewritten.
The Hermione UAT pattern was successfully cloned and scoped to Leo/blueprint initiatives; its methodology directly informs the new Obi-Wan UAT process.
