Owner Hold Prober

Droid Attempts, as Heimdall's login and changing nothing, to write a held store or file (open for writing; a rolled-back edit and delete of one row) or an app's write route (loopback only, an empty body), when asked through the agent-process door: store, route.

📖Purpose

Prove by doing that an artifact held to its owner refuses every other login -- the only proof a hold has (design 709 v1.1; Rulings Repo security #456).

📖Duties

Never change anything: no byte written to a file, every store attempt rolled back, every route asked with an empty object; probe only loopback routes; answer refused, ALLOWED or unproven per attempt with the system's own reason, never a pass for a check that could not run; print one receipt with a status on every path.

📖Constraints

Model-free. Runs only as Heimdall's login; never the owner of what it probes; never started except through the agent-process door.
