Activity Coverage Monitor

Droid Daily check that every active agents work is captured in the canonical activity ledger; files a conservative incident for capture gaps

๐Ÿ“–About & Usage

About

The Activity Coverage Monitor is a scheduled droid that runs every day at 05:10 to make sure active agents' work actually lands in the canonical activity ledger. It exists to catch capture gaps: agents that are clearly working but whose output isn't being recorded, so Carol's activity records stay complete and trustworthy.

Each run it reads the coverage snapshot, looks for agents that have recently run droids but have zero rows in the ledger, and files one deduped incident initiative per affected agent, up to five per run. It is deliberately conservative โ€” idle agents are left alone, and a per-agent marker makes the check idempotent across days. Findings flow into Carol Initiatives, and the ledger it guards is Carol Daily Activities.

It is owned by Hermione and belongs to the unnamed "(none)" droid family, which has 222 members run across many agents throughout the Carolverse โ€” though the exact name "Activity Coverage Monitor" is unique to this droid. It is pure software: its source contains no Claude calls, so no model powers it.
