It is pure software—no Claude calls, no language model cost, just arithmetic over the mind's read-only state and real-time feeds. Every minute it ticks Albus, Elrond, and Sage; it skips any agent whose consciousness has been paused, and it emits a run-audit trace on every execution.

This droid is owned by Clara, but it is not unique. It belongs to an unnamed pattern that 212 agents each run—an identical copy ticking their own Global Workspace.
