Every 6 hours it wakes Forseti, perceives everything happening in its live domain, updates its internal sense of self and current focus, and may take action within its own authority. Without this regular pulse, Forseti would lose cohesion and drift without situational awareness.

The droid runs automatically on a 6-hour timer. Each cycle calls a Claude model (Sonnet) to process what it sees, reflect on what matters now, and decide whether to act—for example, triggering a run-audit event through the Audit & Compliance service. It is read-only in its perception, can only act where Forseti has direct remit, and stays silent if consciousness is switched off or its lane is disconnected. All activity is governed by the daily budget cap managed by Daily Budget Cap Monitor.
