Access Recertification is a scheduled droid owned by Forseti. Its job is to re-justify standing access grants against current ownership and flag drift — in other words, it regularly checks whether the people and agents who still have access to Carol's systems should actually have it, and raises a flag when permissions have gone stale. It runs on a weekly schedule, at 06:00 every Monday.
Mechanically, it compares existing grants against current ownership records and reports mismatches. It is closely tied to access-management concerns such as Access Mgmt - Users and Access Mgmt - Agents, and its results feed the wider governance work done by Forseti. Its execution engine isn't recorded yet — no source has been located for this droid — so Carolopedia can't yet say whether it is pure software or whether it calls Claude.
This droid has a unique name and is not part of any standard droid family. The registry lists 222 droids with no family across many owner agents, so while this particular Access Recertification droid is a one-off, similar unfamilied droids are used elsewhere in the Carolverse. Because the engine is unknown, we don't guess whether it uses Claude or what model it might call.
