About
Elrond’s UAT Acceptor automatically handles user acceptance testing for pipeline initiatives that Albus requests and that get routed to Elrond. When a UAT sweep detects a ready initiative in the Pipeline (tracked in Carol Initiatives), this droid steps in to verify that every mandatory acceptance criterion is met, backed by proof and a passed review. Once confirmed, it signs the UAT verdict on behalf of Elrond and writes a clear narrative of the acceptance, removing the need for Elrond to manually repeat these checks.
The droid doesn’t run on a schedule; it’s invoked in‑process by the UAT sweep droid el‑uat‑01. It checks must‑have requirements, and only passes if they are fully satisfied. If any gap remains, it refuses to pass and instead records what’s missing, holding the initiative. The registry doesn’t record its execution engine, so we don’t know whether this droid is pure software or calls a model like Claude.
Although its name is unique to Elrond, this droid is not a one‑off. It belongs to a large, unnamed family of droids — family “(none)” — that totals 187 instances running across many Carol agents, from Albus through Scriber. It’s a dependable, repeatable piece of automation, just one of many similar workers that handle routine tasks for different owners.
