Agent UAT Sweep automatically moves acceptance testing forward for agent‑routed Carol Initiatives. Whenever an initiative needs agent approval (UAT), this droid ensures the review doesn’t stall — it finds those stuck in “reviewing” or “uat‑pending” and hands them to the right agent’s own acceptance droid. That keeps initiative pipelines flowing without manual nudges.
It runs on a short schedule — every 15 minutes, at :07 past the hour — and is owned and maintained by Elrond. The droid scans eligible initiatives, bypasses any routed to Ninad, and routes up to 10 items per sweep to the matching acceptor agent’s check. It never issues a failure verdict; instead it records an accept‑or‑hold outcome with a clear reason, always acting under the acceptor’s droid identity.
While the name sounds like a one‑off, Agent UAT Sweep is actually a widely reused pattern: 187 instances run across almost every agent in the ecosystem, each using the same logic. It has no formal family name, but it’s a shared tool, not a unique piece of work.
