Droid Daily sweep that auto-accepts Orion-initiated initiatives (bypass+planner) idle in reviewing >2 days, closing them via the status router with event=operator_signoff (2-day no-objection auto-accept). 1853-clean event-driven close; emits run-audit.

📖Purpose

Keep Orion's review queue from piling up: an Orion-initiated initiative left in reviewing for more than 2 days is auto-accepted on his behalf (no objection) and closed through the sanctioned sign-off event so the close-hooks run.

📖Duties

Find Orion-initiated reviewing items older than 2 days; route_status -> closed with event=operator_signoff and an audited reason; emit a droid_runs audit row every run.

📖Constraints

Touches ONLY requester=orion reviewing items; never raw-writes status; uses only the operator_signoff event; leaves every other initiative untouched.
