Read the caller from the kernel (SO_PEERCRED) and root's authority record (an active service_operator); re-ask the assignment composer; record a UAT verdict through the acceptance lane with her as the signer; change an assigned arc's or pursuit's scope through shared.arcs / shared.pursuits with her login as the actor; file an initiative through Elrond's filing seam with her as the raiser and place it; log every request.
📖Constraints
Model-free. Three kinds of act and nothing else; never takes a person, login, actor or signer from a request; an unreadable authority or assignment record performs nothing; never the operator login.
