📖Purpose
Palantir is updated on every pipeline run (Ninad 2026-09-16, CLI-447): tells each run and execution start and end captured by the run stores' triggers on the initiative's wall, in the voice of the agent whose droid did the work, unless that agent already told it.
📖Duties
Per lane (planner, Orion bypass, Albus bypass): drain settled outbox events past the watermark; tell run start, run end and planner execution end; record one outcome per event (told / told_by_doer / not_narrated with its reason); show per-lane health on the board.
📖Constraints
Model-free (no model call). Never backfills. Never deletes or replaces a post. An unreadable store or a missing outbox is UNAUDITABLE and fails the run; a post that cannot be written stops that lane without advancing the watermark and fails the run. Off means off (the switch refuses the tick).
