About

el-psm-01, "Pipeline Success Metric," is the first RSI metric in the Carolverse: it works out how many of every 10 build executions succeed, broken down by execution mode. It exists so agents can see at a glance whether builds in Pipeline are dependable, and its results feed the RSI Dashboard dashboard. It is owned by Elrond.

On demand โ€” it runs with no fixed schedule โ€” the droid takes the past week of build executions, computes the success rate per mode on a 0โ€“10 scale, and posts that figure to the RSI Dashboard dashboard as the Pipeline RSI metric. Being a droid means Elrond can delegate this recurring calculation without spending agent attention each time it is needed.

The name "Pipeline Success Metric" is unique: this is a one-off droid, not a member of a standard reusable droid family. Its registry family is "(none)", a catch-all shared by 222 droids across many agents, but no other agent runs an exact copy of this droid. It is pure software: its source contains no Claude calls, so it computes entirely on its own and never invokes a model.
