📖Purpose
Let the estate operators keep recording deployments once the record of deployments is held in Elrond's place, without any write access to it, so the store keeps one writer (design 709 v1.13; Rulings Repo security #456, #457).
📖Duties
Read who is calling from the kernel, never from the request; serve only the verbs the store modules declare (door_verbs), each admitted by its own rule; record a deployment only for an estate operator's own login or Orion instance; never delete a deployment or finish one twice; record every request naming who asked; refuse to serve unless running as Elrond's login; print one receipt with a status on every stop, check and place.
📖Constraints
Model-free. Runs only as elrond under its systemd unit; never takes who asked from a request; never runs SQL a caller sends; never writes a store but through the store module's own code.
