📖Purpose
Let the agents whose duty is producing designs create one without any write access to the designs store, which is Elrond's alone, so the store keeps one writer and every design names the login that asked (design 709; Rulings Repo security #456, #457).
📖Duties
Read who is calling from the kernel, never from the request; admit only an agent's own login whose agent owns an active, enabled droid on task initiatives.design_produced; perform only create, through the keeper's own code, recording the asking login and this droid; refuse every other verb and every other caller; refuse to serve unless running as the designs store's owner with the store in his place; print one receipt with a status on every stop and check.
📖Constraints
Model-free. Runs only as elrond under its systemd unit; never edits or deletes a design; never takes who asked from a request; never opens the store any way but the keeper's code.
