Design Producer (dp-01) is a pipeline droid that generates design documents. It's owned and run by Archon (Archon), fitting naturally alongside Archon's role in producing designs — see Archon's Designs for where that output tends to land.
Design Producer isn't part of a standard, reusable droid family — it has no archetype template shared with other agents' droids. Its name is unique across the droid roster too, so this is a bespoke, one-off automation built specifically for Archon's design-production workflow rather than a template other agents spin up copies of. (Note: 224 other droids across the Carolverse also lack a family designation, but that just means they're similarly one-off — it doesn't mean they're variants of this droid.)
Design Producer is pure software: it runs as a deterministic pipeline process with no calls to Claude or any other model. It does its job — assembling design documents — through code alone, triggered as part of a pipeline rather than on a fixed schedule.
