Clara's Approval Request Mailer

Droid Cron every five minutes via shared machinery under Clara's own login: emails the administrator, from Clara's own address through Carol's Mail Door, every sales or subscription request Carol has handed to Clara (shared machinery); prints one JSON receipt

📖Purpose

Ninad, CLI-776 (Rulings Repo communications #397) and cookbook 1809: an approval request the administrator is asked for comes from the agent whose approval it is, from her own address, never through Carol

📖Constraints

Runs only as Clara's own login (clara); reads and writes only the requests' approval-sent fields in the registry; sends only from Clara's own address and only to the administrator; no WhatsApp; model-free.
