The Approval Reply-Watcher (ca-replywatch-01) is a small scheduled droid owned by Carol. Every 10 minutes it watches Carol's mailbox for email replies from Ninad to approval-request emails. It exists so human approval verdicts are noticed and routed onward automatically instead of sitting unseen in the inbox.

It works by finding replies from ninad@, parsing the leading decision word (approved or rejected), matching the email to the original request via its #queue_id, and calling clara_decide_request to hand the verdict to Clara, who acts as the approver. The droid never decides anything itself — it only relays the human's decision — and it is idempotent because Clara refuses verdicts for requests that are no longer pending. Its observability is limited to run-audit logs.

This droid is one of 222 droids in the "(none)" family that many other agents run, so it is not a one-off — although the exact name "Approval Reply-Watcher" is unique to this instance. Its execution engine isn't recorded yet, so it is not yet known whether it is pure software or calls Claude.
